GBC would like to thank Bruno Fernandes for a great seminar. All those who attended were treated to an amazing 3 hours of intense teaching by a Four Time World Jiu Jitsu Champion. The seminar reached areas such as passing half guard, sweeping from x-guard and a few submissions from mount. These techniques were explained in such a manner where an expert or even a beginner would comprehend. During the end of our seminar, Bruno kindly answered any questions we had regarding his philosophies on training, BJJ, and all things relating to the topic.
We would just like to give a big thanks to Bruno for making the trip out here. We hope to see him again in the near future. Here’s a great highlight video on Bruno “Molenga” Fernandes.
